Securing for transport takes place whenever a transport service is involved. Sometimes it is enough to simply stabilise the goods on a pallet using stretch foil, but sometimes the nature of the goods and/or the route they are to take, and therefore the weather conditions in which the materials are to travel and the expected time the goods are to spend on the journey, require much more specialised protection.

For others, in addition to stabilisation, care must be taken to protect them for transport against moisture, i.e. to protect them against corrosion.
