On the basis of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. On the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the so-called RODO), we would like to inform you that our company has implemented and applies the principles of personal data processing resulting from the aforementioned act.

If you are a consumer private person within the meaning of the Civil Code Act and entrust us with your personal data, please familiarise yourself with the principles of protection of such data respected in our company.

1. The administrator of your personal data is Opakowania Eksportowe Sp. z o.o. sp.k. registered in Kotarwice 33 gm. Kowala (26-624), entered in the National Court Register in Warsaw under no. 0000711335, REGON: 146348715, NIP: 9482598057, hereinafter referred to as the Company.
2. The Administrator is not obliged to appoint a Personal Data Protection Inspector, so the Inspector is not appointed.

4. The data controller shall make the data available to the following groups of entities:
   – entities providing marketing services;
   – entities providing training services;
   – entities by means of which Opakowania Eksportowe Sp. z o.o. sp.k. fulfil their own obligations such as e.g. assembly teams, designers, constructors, transporters, licensors of Internet programmes used by the company, companies handling complaints, law firms, etc. (a group of so-called subcontractors).    – to the owners of the IT platforms where the personal data obtained by the Company is stored;
   – to the competent authorities of the State in the performance of their statutory tasks.

Any person entrusting his/her data to us becomes the subject of data processing (hereinafter Data Owner) has the right to request the rectification of data when they are inconsistent with the actual state of affairs, and furthermore, in the cases provided for by law, to erase or restrict data processing. Requests on these matters should be addressed to the Controller. They will be dealt with.
   The Data Owner shall also have the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
6. The personal data of each Data Owner shall be processed for the purpose of tailoring the commercial offer and promotional activities to the Data Owner’s needs, direct marketing, offering services included in the Company’s catalogue of services, for the purpose of creating analyses, statements, financial settlements, including accounting documents, control of the Data Owner’s payment reliability, and above all for the performance of the contract concluded by the Data Owner with Opakowania Eksportowe Sp. z o.o. sp.k. agreement for the provision of services, as well as the performance of the Company’s legal obligations and the enforcement of its rights, e.g. the assertion of claims.
7. Your personal data is stored for up to 5 years after receipt.
8. The provision of personal data by you is voluntary.
